My Last Day of Joy

I am so glad I started blogging. This was the last day I spent with Joy. While I was packing, Joy was making messes and I was taking pictures. She had gotten into the brown sugar that was left out from breakfast. She made a mess and got it everywhere. So typical! Now my house is clean but my heart is empty...

  1. Oh, Tami, I love you...my heart is still hurting for you. I love these pictures of Joy and the great, patient mom you are - to take pictures mid-mess. Lots of love...

  2. These pictures started the tears over here. She is so gorgeous, so full of mischief and mayhem. I love that you captured this moment. I admire your patience and good humor. You have taught me so much. Love to you Tami.

  5. Tami and Family,
I am a relative of a friend and I guess I'd be called a "stalker" in the blog world, since I don't know you, yet I visit your blog. I just need to say that I am so sorry about your sweet Joy. Please know that your angel is safe now, wrapped in the arms of Jesus and her family in Heaven.

  7. Tami, my heart breaks for you! I haven't stopped thinking and praying about you guys. You are such an amazing mom and I hope one day I can be the kind of mother you are.

I second Brooke's comment about the toothbrush. That was one of the first things I noticed...how funny!
